Alibe’s wonderful voice can be heard on Radio 4’s Book of the Week in WHAT HAPPENED, MISS SIMONE?

The book is Alan Light’s biography of Nina Simone, it draws on Nina’s early diaries, rare interviews, childhood journals and input from her daughter Lisa Simone Kelly to paint a picture of the classically-trained pianist who became a soul legend, a leading civil rights activist and one of the most influential artists of our time.

The book is being aired everyday at 9:30am or 12:30am from 6th – 10th March 2017.
